The Irving-based online radio show hosts Marcelo Cacciola, the Miami-based communications director for the Soi Dog Foundation, a nonprofit based in Phuket, Thailand. The group has since spayed and neutered more 51,000 dogs and cats in both Phuket and Bangkok and have expanded their mission to include an extensive lobbying effort against the illegal dog meat trade that plagues the Thai-Vietnamese border.
