Irving Arts Center: "The Book Forest Installation" - Irving

Dallas artists VET and Sheila Cunningham join forces to showcase the power of trees and books, contemplating the transitional phases of both. Their installation transforms the Focus Gallery into a forest of altered books that have been folded, manipulated and stacked to mimic trees, plants and ground cover. The exhibit inspires conversation about re-purposing, recycling and conservation.
