Arlington Conservation Council: Arlington Parks & Rec's Goals - Arlington

Presenter Lemuel Randolph, director of Arlington Parks and Recreation, will provide an update on the department's goals. Now in his third year with APRD, Lemuel Randolph came to Arlington in 2014 from the city of McKinney where he served as the director of Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces.  With a total of 23 years of experience directing municipal parks and recreation departments, Randolph has also worked for the cities of Missouri City, Sugar Land and San Bernardino.

Gathering of North Texas environmental groups to share news and network. This month's topics include:

A) What's new at the Legislature?  The Railroad Commission Sunset bill is out, what does it mean for us? There are other new bills out, so I will have an updated bill sheet.

B) April 29 Climate March?  There is talk about having one besides the one that is going on in Austin....do you want to help organize?  Let's have a discussion about it.

Tarrant Coalition for Environmental Awareness: Meeting - Fort Worth

Tarrant Coalition for Environmental Awareness is a 501(c)3 organization whose primary purpose is to educate the public about the environment and environmental problems in Tarrant County. To this end, we are working to network with a coalition of local environmental groups so that we may be more effective in reaching our collective goals.
