Nature lovers of all ages can talk to wildlife experts, master naturalists and environmental advocates at a free expo this Saturday in downtown Dallas.

The second annual Nature Expo, hosted by the Dallas Public Library, will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on July 28 at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library, 1515 Young St., downtown Dallas.

DART rolls out electric buses 

DART has added seven electric buses to its fleet, servicing the free downtown Dallas D-Link route. Funded by a $7.6 million federal grant, these zero-emission buses replace diesel buses and support DART’s clean fuel initiative. Electric buses are part of a nationwide trend to improve air quality.

The website AmbientGreenery.com aims to encourage sustainability worldwide by offering a digital forum where anyone can post a photo of a cool sustainable find.
