  • 3rd course: Fried frisee salad with sage vinaigrette, grilled eggplant & cranberry compote. Paired with Revolver Mullet Cutter IPA.
  • 4th course: Jackfruit subzi with roasted squash & chickpea croquette. Paired with Community Trinity Tripel.
  • 5th course: Chia rice pudding with candied currants and cacao nibs. Paired with Lakewood Punkel.

River Legacy: Texas Tree Trails - Arlington

Using River Legacy's unique riparian forest as a backdrop, regional forester Courtney Blevins will teach participants about the structure, function and value of trees. Learn about the Texas Tree Trails program and its benefits of identifying trees, learning about historical trees and accessing trees and tree trails using the Texas Trees Trails Web site. This adult workshop is best suited for ages 10 and up. Dallas City Council hosts a public hearing on the gas drilling ordinance before its final vote on it. 

Environmental groups are urging residents to attend this hearing to ensure a strong ordinance is passed.
