Last month, Volvo revealed an ambitious plan that environmentalists are applauding. The Swedish multinational company announced that every vehicle the premium car maker launches from the year 2019 onward will have an electric motor.

“This announcement marks the end of the solely combustion engine-powered car,” said Håkan Samuelsson, president and chief executive of Volvo Cars.

Horatio Lonsdale-Hands and Bernard Lucien Nussbaumer, a Brit and Swiss who grew up together in Lausanne, Switzerland, reconnected in Dallas and picked up their friendship where they left off. Turns out, the two also shared a penchant for raw veggies and fruits.
