Where: REI Sports, 4515 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, Texas.
REI is on the westbound access road on the north side of I-635. We meet upstairs. Park at REI, go in the main entrance, and up the stairs. Turn to the left and follow the aisle all the way to the meeting rooms. There is also an elevator for anyone who may require it.

We will be meeting together with the North Texas Electric Auto Association. Neal Farris will give a presentation on Electric Vehicles. Neal has converted his own VW Golf to electric operation. He also recently purchased a new Nissan Leaf. The presentation will also cover the latest battery technologies, newest production electric vehicles and the differences among the new hybrid automobiles. Afterwards, we'll adjourn to the parking lot to check out some of the electric cars. By combining our two meetings, we can benefit from each others' knowledge and information about low-cost electric transportation and renewable energy.
