Green Source DFW: Run for the Environment - Cedar Hill

Green Source DFW, a project of the Memnosyne Institute, is hosting its first-ever fundraising 5K run. The inaugural Run for the Environment will be held Oct. 11, 2014 at Cedar Hill State Park.

The event will be timed on a measured course.  

Proceeds will support Green Source DFW and its mission to advance the environmental movement in North Texas.

Adbongo: Permaculture Design Course - St. Jo

This two-week certified Permaculture Design Course is paradigm shifting experience you won’t want to miss. Participants have the opportunity to co-create designs for urban and suburban environments and learn about natural building and restorative strategies applicable to life anywhere on the planet.

To receive a Permaculture Design Certificate issued by the Permaculture Research Institute, participants are required to attend all two weeks of hands-on and classroom learning. However, the course is offered in one day modules, so if your schedule doesn't allow you to attend the full two weeks or you can't budget for the full price, you can still participate. 

Taught by eco pioneers, Theron Beaudreau and John Bushe', this 72-hour Premium Permaculture Design Course will be held on sacred grounds that Quanah Parker, the founder of the Native American Church, utilized as a hide out from troops and mercenaries. T

We also have tickets available for our annual Ranger Suite Fundraiser Raffle. Tickets can be had for a $20 donation, Each ticket enters you into our raffle for a chance to win a night at the Ranger game in a suite, right behind home plate, with up to 13 of your friends.
