Kayak down the Elm Fork with KayakPower.com: 3rd Saturday of each month
All levels of experience welcome. Kayak Power will provide equipment and instruction followed by a six-mile trip down the Elm Fork to a shuttle vehicle. Contact info@kayakpower.com or 214-669-1663 for information. Reservation required.
Explore the Cicada Trail, the Cottonwood Trail, the Redbud Trail or the Bittern Marsh Trail. All ages are welcome. There is a $2 program fee for the walk, in addition to the regular gate fee ($5/person).

Learn the basics and benefits of rainwater harvesting and the effects stormwater has on the environment. Participants will learn how to collect and utilize rainwater at home and have the opportunity to construct their own 55-gallon rain barrel. $50 per barrel.
