I can recycle What? - Keller

 
This supports local business, and education on effective recycling programs.

We have been invited to tour a local business that manufactures, and RECYCLES styrofoam!  Yes,  that useful, stable and decidedly difficult to recycle substance IS recyclable.  Not only that, but it is 100% recycleable.  Come see how it's done.

Lunch is available from The Texas Harvest Pie Company in Keller for $10.00.  RSVP for lunch is no later than Wendesday, June 20.

Your choice of Turkey, Beef, Ham or Veggie Sandwich on Rye, Wheat or Whole Grain.  Sides include mixed greens or chips.  Potato salad may be available, please include your request with the RSVP as well as a preferred alternative.

Jumpoff Art Festival at Dallas Farmer's Market - Dallas

More than 100 diverse artists and vendors will peddle their wares at the Dallas Farmers’ Market from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on June 16 at the 3rd Annual Jumpoff Arts Fest.

Hosted by the Unified Arts Creative Group, the arts festival features local musicians, performance artists, culinary artists and visual artists. Vendors will be peppered throughout the festival as well to educate the public on environmental issues in various industries.

Admission is free.

Clean Air Meetup - Dallas

Please mark you calendar for the next clean air meet up on Thursday, June 21st at Picassos in Dallas, at 12300 Inwood Road, off Inwood and Forest.  Start-up is 6:30 pm.

We will get caught up on tar sands pipelines, the Exide victory, what's next for Winfrey Point, and  more.
