This program designs and implements research and development activities through a multi-stakeholder global network of Regional Centers of Expertise (RCEs). Public Citizen: Volkswagen Settlement Stakeholder Meeting - Seeking your Input on Potential DFW Air Projects - Fort Worth

Last year, a judge ruled that Volkswagen will pay $15 billion dollars in the U.S. settlement of its emissions cheating scandal. In Texas, $200 million has been set aside for environmental mitigation under the multibillion-dollar settlement. These funds have been designated for the specific purpose of cleaning up our air - and we want to ensure that these funds are used to help our communities breathe easier.
