Tour de Cure - Ft Worth

Tour de Cure is…

…a series of fundraising cycling events held in 43 states nationwide to benefit the American Diabetes Association.

The Tour is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the experienced cyclist. Whether you ride 10 miles or 100 miles, you will travel a route supported from start to finish with rest stops, food to fuel the journey and fans to cheer you on!

Each Tour de Cure event has its own character and style—from unique starting points to gorgeous scenery and more!

Last year, more than 50,000 cyclists in 80 Tour events raised nearly $17 million to support the mission of the ADA: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

Ft Worth Fat Tire Festival - Ft Worth

Fort Worth Mountain Biking Association and Lanny's Alta Cocina will be hosting the first annual Fort Worth Fat Tire Festival at Gateway Park. This is an event for the whole family and is a fund raiser benefiting the FWMBA. FWMBA works closely with the city of Ft. With your help, we will be able to increase our club membership numbers, volunteer numbers, and be able to buy all the tools required to undertake this massive trail building project! SO, come out and join us for this super fun Mountain Bikers' party and help make a difference!!!

Location: Take Beach Street from HW121 or I30 and go east on East 1st Street. Enter Gateway from East 1st Street, not Beach. The trail head is near the soccer fields.
