Dallas-based artist Ashley Milow wants to change the way we look at nature and animals how we approach our own animality.
No self-respecting Texan would believe that a Southern barbecue sandwich, tortilla-encrusted fried chicken or chili-Frito pie could be made without meat; but boy howdy, they sure can be - and right here in Dallas. V-Eats incorporates an entirely vegan and eco-friendly lifestyle into its Oak Cliff-chic persona, from the paint on the walls to the meticulously hand-picked wine list, while creating a fine-dining experience like no other plant-based restaurant in Dallas.
The GreenBox is a hit at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, which uses about 1,500 of the eco-friendly boxes per week during the busy season.

Call it a thrift shop on steroids. Instead of housewares and shoes, at Repurposed Materials, customers can peruse stacks of old ball park bleachers, billboard tarps and rows of metal drums at the industrial resale store in south Fort Worth.
