Liveable Arlington: Lobbying Workshop - Arlington

This workshop should be helpful if you are:

- Lobbying a city council person or a legislator

- Wanting to produce effective handouts and materials

- Preparing for the meeting/asking for what you want

We will also address the upcoming Texas Railroad Commission Sunset for the 2017 session:

- What is Sunset/Why should we care?

- What is now underway to prepare?

- What is being planned/what can we do now to effect change?

Presenters include Dallas Sierra Club activist Rita Beving and David Griggs, who teaches government at Brookhaven and is the political chair for the Lone Star Chapter of the Sierra Club.
