Animal Connection of Texas: Alcon Laboratories Protest - Fort Worth

ACT hosts this event in solidarity with activists around the globe for World Laboratory Animal Liberation Week. 

Alcon Laboratories (owned by Novartis) produces eye care products, surgical equipment and medications; they induce retnal diseases, glaucoma, ocular hypertension and other painful conditions in rats, mice, dogs, rabbits and primates for product testing. 

Around the world, over 25 million animals each year are killed after being physically and psychologically tortured in unimaginable ways in laboratories. Reliable and responsible alternatives for product testing are readily available and most importantly, animals are not lab equipment, it's time for a change.
