Event, hosted by Streams and Valleys, celebrates the dedication of the Phyllis J. Tilley Memorial Bridge, a pedestrian bridge connecting Trinity Park and downtown. Ribbon cutting is open to the public 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Picnic celebration features live music, air boat rides and entertainment from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ticket prices: Gourmet Picnic Basket for Six - $400, Picnic Basket for Two - $100, Children’s Picnic Sack -$10.
