Nicknamed “The Lazy Gardener”, Felder Rushing’s “Slow Gardening” is a lively presentation on how to have fun establishing a pretty and productive garden with as little effort as possible. He will share his secrets on creating garden spaces in unexpected places, including the back of a truck!

Mr. Rushing travels all over the world sharing his offbeat approach to gardening, using humorous anecdotes, zany observations, garden-irreverent metaphors and stunning photos – all while trying to help gardeners get past the “rules” of horticulture. He is a published author, writing gardening books and penning thousands of columns and articles for syndicated newspapers and national publications, such as National Geographic, Organic Gardening and Better Homes and Gardens.

Mr. Rushing will have his books for sale at the class and will be signing books, as well.
