John and Amanda Griffin, turf and irrigation specialists with Smart Outdoor Services, will teach you how to care for your lawn like an expert. Subjects covered include selection of turf, mowing and basic lawn care. After the presentation, there will be a question and answer with licensed irrigators on minor sprinkler system repairs. A drawing for a 60-gallon rain barrel donated by Catch the Rain and bags of Green Senseorganic fertilizer from Rohde’s Nursery and Nature Store will be held at the end of the seminar.
