This 2 day course (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) covers the Texas Home Energy Audit, a comprehensive energy audit program developed by Texas HERO (Home Energy Rating Organization).
It is designed for current HERS Raters who are interested in pursuing the existing homes market. Current certification as a HERS Rater is required prior to attending this course. This course includes training on how to prioritize improvement recommendations based upon findings, software analysis, writing scopes of work and combustion safety testing. This course includes both lecture and field work.
