The Fort Worth Nature Center is proud to offer the 2011 Summer Natural History Adventures.
We offer exciting and educational day camps for children entering Kindergarten up to those entering the 8th grade. One day a week, each age group will explore a different natural history theme such as reptiles, insects, butterflies and more! The camps take place during June and July.
In addition, we have the Junior Naturalist Day Camps. These are designed to expose children to Natural History careers. Children entering the 1st grade through 6th grade are welcome to participate in these camps that take place the first two weeks in August.
We also offer the Trinity River Overnight Adventure where children and parents can experience the real outdoors! The two opportunities for this adventure are June 24-25 and July 22-23.
Adventures start at $25/child for members and $30/non-members.
