Friends of O.S. Gray Natural Area: Molly Hollar Privet Pull - Arlington

This month we will be honoring our Friend, Molly Hollar, on her birthday by hunting down and pulling pesky patches of privet that have propagated in previously privet free parts of the Park. We'll also be working in our pollinator beds and picking up litter.

We invite you to join Molly, and the Friends, for all or part of the morning, or drop by and wish Molly a Happy Birthday!

Please bring your favorite tools for privet removal, gardening, or pruning and work gloves, or litter picker upper.

Greater Dallas Organic Gardening Club: Frugal Gardening - Dallas

Gardening on a Shoestring: confessions of a frugal gardener.

Her mother instilled in her children a love of the mysteries of life in the garden; from planting seeds, watching their growth and enjoying and harvesting the results. Fran’s eldest sister became the best of the gardeners and supplies her home with all the vegetables and fruit they need, as well as a plethora of flowers.

Refreshments and social time: 2:30
