Meatout 2013 - Dallas

Free event touting vegetarian lifestyle sponsored by the Black Vegetarian Society of Texas. Activities include cooking demonstrations, holistic speakers, food sampling, food vendors, health screenings, health and environmentally-friendly exhibitors and children’s activities.

Earthfest - Coppell

Free event featuring Earthen Ware vendors (carved wood art, organic foods, handmade jewelry, etc.), environmental education booths, kids' crafts/entertainment, plant sale, hybrid car show and live music. Drop off usable household goods and clothing/shoes, household documents for secured shredding and bulky trash items at Town Center Elementary School parking lot (185 N. Heartz).

Birding 101 - Arlington

The North Central Texas Master Birders presents this 6-week series of classes for adults on the following dates from 8-10 am: March 10, March 17, March 24, April 7, April 14, April 21.
