Downwinders at Risk: Council Public Hearing on Air Quality Monitoring - Dallas

The Dallas City Council Quality of Life Committee will hold a public hearing on whether the City of Dallas should join Dallas County and Plano in establishing a new high-tech, low-cost regional air quality monitor network for residents.
