Head out to Oak Cliff this weekend to celebrate the planet!
The 16th annual Oak Cliff Earth Day will be held on Sunday, April 13, noon to 5 p.m. at Lake Cliff Park.
The popular grassroots event is hosted by Green Source DFW — soon to be Green Source Texas — and our parent nonprofit the Memnosyne Institute. The event features nearly 100 booths showcasing green vendors, environmental education, local nonprofits and plant sales along with food trucks and live entertainment — all in beautiful Lake Cliff Park. You can also meet Dallas-based author Amy Martin, who will be selling and signing copies of her book Wild DFW: Explore the Amazing Nature In and Around Dallas-Fort Worth.
Food vendors this year include Coffee Man, Eddie’s Sweet Treats and Shaved Ice, Fire for the Lord BBQ, Happy Vegan, Ruthie’s Fueled by Good and TT’s Mobile Ice House.
Stop by the Green Source Texas booth to purchase the limited edition 2025 Oak Cliff Earth Day t-shirts in Gold, Natural or Slate. Sizes S to 3XL. $15 each or two for $25. GSTX photo.
