Nature Encounters - Irving

The City of Irving is hosting “Nature Encounters” for the general public along Spring Trail, as part of our Eco-Tourism outreach.

This event offers to “guided” walks along the Spring Trail in Irving and we thought it would be fun to locate nature vendors along the way to help us educate on our natural environment.

Guided Walks:

Enjoy a non-competitive educational walk along the Spring Trail (northern section of Campión Trail). Individuals will learn about flora and fauna along the trail with the help of nature professionals.  Walk approximately one mile. Attendees should wear long pants and sturdy shoes. Registration is recommended.

9:30 to 10:30 a.m. - Guided Walk
11 a.m. to noon - Guided Walk

Vendors:

We will provide each vendor a table and two chairs.

You will need to be set up at a location along the trail that will be pre-assigned by 9 a.m.  Staff will help you set up.

This is free for vendors and the public.

If you would like to be a part of this event, please contact Fran Witte as soon as possible by e-mail at fwitte@cityofirving.org or cell at 972-742-2296.
