We cover what to put in, what to leave out, and how to mix, moisten and manage your way to successful soil enrichment. We'll also teach you to use specialized red worms to compost your food waste and create a fertile soil amendment for plants.

Event hosted by the Arlington Conservation Council. Renowned Texas Master Naturalist Jim Varnum will lead a one-hour plant walk. His walks are always very interesting, educational and informative.
Following the plant walk, City Councilwoman Lana Wolff will draw the winning ticket in ACC's Rangers Ballpark Suite fund raiser. Tickets are available for $20 each.
After the drawing, volunteers will be watering, weeding and cleaning up in the park.
