Spring Vegetable Gardening for Families - Fort Worth

The Tarrant County Master Gardener Association is hosting a “Spring Vegetable Gardening” class for families with children 5 years old and up. Learn how to select, tend and harvest warm season vegetables, create a square-foot garden and build a raised vegetable bed. $10/person; $15/parent and 1 child; $20/parent and two children. Examine the science and lore behind these beliefs and discuss the species most commonly cited as having aphrodisiac properties, including the enigmatic truffle.
