Topic:  What does clean food mean? How to select foods that are “clean.” We will prepare foods that are easy, quick and that are nutritional powerhouses.

About Connemara Conservancy: Connemara now protects more than 6,000 acres as both fee land holdings and under conservation easements with conservation-minded landowners. In addition, thousands of students, families and organizations participate in the Conservancy’s environmental education programs each year.

It's perfect weather for a potluck! Bring a vegan dish of your choice (please post what you plan to bring below so that we have a good variety of food). If you can label your ingredients for those with allergies, it would be much appreciated. Feel free to ask for helpful links if you need ideas for what to bring. No meat, dairy or eggs please. I will try to have paper plates and utensils, but would also be helpful to bring your own set. We can eat on the porch if the weather's nice. Also I don't have much seating, so bring a chair or two if you have one! BYOB if you're of age.
