Julie Thibodeaux is the Editor for Green Source Texas. A native Texan, she's lived in three of the seven ecological regions of Texas (Prairies and Lakes, Piney Woods and Gulf Coast). Previously, she worked as an editor and writer at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.



The Greater DFW Recycling Alliance and the North Texas Corporate Recycling Association are accepting nominations for the inaugural North Texas Recycling Awards until June 30.
There are 32 eco-ATM kiosks in Dallas-Fort Worth that provide cash to users for cell phones, MP3 players and tablets, which are then recycled.
