Join Green Source DFW for the second annual Run for the Environment - a Race to Save the Planet on May 21 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Bachman Lake Park, 3500 W Northwest Hwy in Dallas.
The top runner receives a gift card to Snappy Salads. The first walker to cross the finish line will win a walking stick.
There will green vendors, pizza from Joe's New York Style Pizza, Pasta and Subs as well as vegetarian and vegan offerings, and T-shirts. You can also bring your shoes and electronic waste (No TVs or CRTs) for recycling.
Registration is $30 until May 20 and $40 on race day.
